As the Restaurant General Manager at City Nights Hospitality, you work closely with the Director of Operations, Executive Chef, Event Team, and both Front of House and Back of House teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience and uphold high standards for all staff. Your role involves overseeing guest services, food and beverage operations, and staff development to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

YOUR DUTIES:

- Champion the brand's vision and values, fostering a culture of positivity and high standards among employees.

- Create a warm and welcoming environment for guests and staff, upholding standards of courtesy and respect.

- Implement standard operating procedures, coordinate restaurant operations, and drive improvements.

- Manage staff performance to meet service standards and ensure adherence to protocols.

- Control Profit & Loss by overseeing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reporting.

- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, maintaining a safe working environment.

- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and uphold aesthetic standards.

- Monitor staff schedules and ensure budgeted labor costs are met.

- Handle daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and financial procedures.

- Interact with guests to address inquiries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction.

- Monitor restaurant sales and execute marketing activities to boost sales.

- Adapt to seasonal changes and manage relevant initiatives.

- Arrange equipment maintenance and repairs.

- Recruit, interview, hire, and train team members, conduct performance appraisals, and oversee disciplinary actions.

- Assess staffing requirements and oversee daily trackers.

- Complete payroll reports and review reservations and events.

- Lead weekly manager meetings and communicate daily with staff.

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

- Embody City Nights Hospitality's can-do attitude with passion and dedication.

Strong knowledge in Cost Accounting, Budget Development, Financial Planning, and Strategy.

Experience in decision-making, process improvement, strategic planning, and customer focus.

Minimum 5 years of management experience in food service or nightlife, including Profit & Loss responsibility.

Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, oral/written communication, and analytical/decision-making skills.
